증상

Google Earth 애플리케이션을 열면 "loading myplaces.kml files"라는 메시지와 함께 로딩 화면이 멈춥니다.

 

Resolution

해결책

다음 단계에 따라 애플리케이션 시작 문제를 해결합니다.

  1. Google Earth를 제거했다가 다시 설치한 다음 열리는지 확인합니다.

    이렇게 해서 문제가 해결되지 않는 경우 다음 단계를 진행합니다.

  2. Google Earth를 닫습니다.

  3. C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarth 폴더로 이동합니다.

    • (%username%은 컴퓨터 사용자 이름에 해당함)

  4. 다음과 같은 ".kml" 파일을 찾습니다.

    • myplaces.backup.kml

    • myplaces.kml.tmp

    • myplaces.kml

SLN317875_ko__1icon 참고: 이러한 파일이 보이지 않으면 파일 탐색기의 View 메뉴에서 “show hidden files” 옵션을 켭니다.
 

  1. myplaces.kml을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다.

  2. Rename을 클릭합니다.

  3. 파일 이름을 old.myplaces.kml로 변경합니다.

  4. 다른 .kml 파일에서도 이름 바꾸기 단계를 반복합니다.

  5. Google Earth를 닫았다가 다시 엽니다.
