症状

Google Earthアプリケーションを開くと、ロード画面に「myplaces.kmlファイルを読み込み中です」というメッセージが表示された状態でフリーズします。

 

Resolution

対処方法

アプリケーションの起動の問題を解決するには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. Google Earthをアンインストールおよび再インストールして、すぐに開くかどうかを確認します

    問題が解決しない場合は、次の手順に進みます

  2. Google Earthを閉じます

  3. フォルダーC:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarthに移動します

    • （%username%はコンピューターのユーザー名に対応）。

  4. 以下の「.kml」ファイルを見つけます。

    • myplaces.backup.kml

    • myplaces.kml.tmp

    • myplaces.kml

SLN317875_ja__1icon 注：これらのファイルのいずれかが表示されない場合は、エクスプローラーの［表示］メニューにある［隠しファイルを表示］オプションをオンにします。
 

  1. myplaces.kmlを右クリックします

  2. ［名前の変更］をクリックします

  3. ファイルの名前をold.myplaces.kmlに変更します

  4. 他のkmlファイルで、名前変更の手順を繰り返します

  5. Google Earthを閉じてから再び開きます
