Symptoms

Serwer NWUI jest zainstalowany na platformie Linux.

Zaktualizowano środowisko Runtime Environment (NRE) NetWorker, a następnie zaktualizowano go o skrypt nreconfig.sh. 
# rpm -Uvh /root/nre-linux-8.0.15.rpm
# /opt/nre/nreconfig.sh
Serwer został uruchomiony ponownie lub interfejs NWUI został uruchomiony ponownie.

Po uruchomieniu interfejsu NWUI logowanie kończy się niepowodzeniem z:

Cause

Serwer NWUI opiera się na usłudze uwierzytelniania NetWorker do uwierzytelniania konta użytkownika i usłudze uwierzytelniania java (NRE). Aktualizacja NRE usuwa pliki konfiguracyjne z /opt/nre/ i tworzy je ponownie z nowymi odciskami palców. Nowe odciski palców mają wpływ na konfigurację NWUI, dlatego skrypt nwui_configure.sh musi zostać uruchomiony ponownie.

Resolution

  1. Zatrzymaj NWUI.
# systemctl stop nwui
  1. Uruchom skrypt ponownej konfiguracji NWUI i zachowaj bieżący magazyn kluczy i bazę danych.
# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
  
Specify the directory where the Java Standard Edition Runtime Environment (JRE) software is installed [/opt/nre/java/latest]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Authentication Service host [nw-server1.vlab.local]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Server to be Managed by NWUI [nw-server1.vlab.local]:
Specify the AUTHC port for Networker Server which is managed by NWUI [9090]:
The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]? y
Specify password for the existing keystore:
The install will use the existing certificate "emcnwuimonitoring" for nwui services.
A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]? y
The installation completed successfully.
  1. Uruchamianie interfejsu NWUI
# systemctl start nwui
  1. Zaloguj się ponownie do NWUI , powinno działać zgodnie z oczekiwaniami.
