Symptoom

Het kan voorkomen dat het audioapparaat niet gedetecteerd wordt op uw Dell pc (afbeelding 1). Het ingebouwde HDMI-apparaat zou als optie voor audio-uitvoer te zien moeten zijn. Dit probleem kan zich voordoen wanneer Legacy Option ROM is het BIOS is ingeschakeld.

Oplossing

U kunt dit probleem oplossen door Legacy Option ROM in het BIOS uit te schakelen

  1. Schakel de pc in en druk op F2 om de systeeminstellingen of het BIOS te openen
  2. Selecteer Geavanceerde opstartopties onder Algemeen in de Systeeminstellingen of in het BIOS-scherm
  3. Vink het vakje Legacy Option ROM inschakelen uit en klik op Toepassen
  4. Klik op Afsluiten om de pc opnieuw op te starten
