- 登录到 VMware Carbon Black Cloud。
- 在左侧菜单窗格中，单击 ENDPOINTS。

- 在右上方，选择 Sensor Options ，然后单击 Send installation request。
- 在 Send Installation Request 菜单中，选择以下任一项：
- 选择 Single Request，然后转到步骤 6，或者
- 选择 Multiple Requests，然后转到步骤 7。
- 在 Single Request 选项卡中执行以下操作：
- （可选）填写用户的名字。
- （可选）填写用户的姓氏。
- 填写用户的电子邮件地址。
- 单击 Send。
- 转至步骤 8。
- 在 Multiple Requests 选项卡中执行以下操作：
- 填写每个用户的电子邮件地址，并用英文逗号进行分隔。
- 单击 Send。
- 在用户的电子邮件中，记录激活码。
提醒：
- 该电子邮件是从 noreply@carbonblack.com 发送的。
- 激活码将在一周后显示。
- 可以从 VMware Carbon Black Cloud、端点、用户重新发送激活代码，然后执行操作。
