How to Resend an Absolute Console User Invitation

Symptoms

This article describes how to reinvite users to Absolute if they fail to respond to an emailed invitation within 30 days.

Resolution

To reset an invitation:

  1. In a web browser, go to cc.absolute.com SLN320298_en_US__1iC_External_Link_BD_v1.
  2. Log in to the Absolute web console.

  1. In the left menu pane, click Settings.

  1. Click User Management.

  1. Click Users.

  1. Locate and then click the targeted username.

Note: The example name and email address that are used in the screenshot will differ in your environment.
  1. Click Resend Invitation Email.

Note: The invitation email leads the customer to create a password and then log in to the Absolute console.
  1. Click OK.
