Et problem, hvor flere computere ikke kan genkende USB-C- eller Thunderbolt-dockingstationer. Hvis du kontrollerer Enhedshåndtering, ser du et gult udråbstegn (bang) og får en meddelelse (Figur 1), hvis du forsøger automatisk at søge efter drivere på enheden med Enhedshåndtering.
Dette skyldes en gruppepolitikindstilling (GPO) i Windows-afbildningen. Sikkerhedspolitiken forhindrer USB-C- og Thunderbolt-enheder og -drivere i at blive installeret. Dette var sandsynligvis i den brugerdefinerede Windows-afbildning pga. en tidligere sikkerhedsrisiko i Thunderbolt 1 &2, der ikke længere findes i Thunderbolt 3-enheder.
Dell kan ikke give specifik hjælp til Windows-afbildning, men hvis Windows-administratoren er bekendt med GPO'erne, skal du gennemgå oplysningerne i følgende link fra Microsoft, så de kan justere deres brugerdefinerede Windows-afbildning i overensstemmelse hermed.
