Symptoms

Cause
音棒工作正常。由于连接到音棒的硬件不兼容，因此会发生这种情况。（配备麦克风的耳机，带 TRRS 插孔）
Resolution
AX510 和 AC511 音棒的耳机插孔是旨在连接称为 TRS 接口的立体声插孔。此接口有两个绝缘环，用于分隔插孔的左侧、右侧和接地触点（请参见图 2 中的中心图像）。
