This article covers the system requirements for installing the Secureworks Taegis XDR Agent.

Affected Versions:

  • Windows Taegis Agent: v1.0.16 and Later
  • Linux Taegis Agent: v1.2.13.0 and Later
  • macOS Taegis Agent: v1.2.13.0 and Later

General Requirements

Web Console Supported Browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Edge
  • Firefox
Note: Mobile web browsers are not currently supported.

Network Protocols:

  • TLS: 1.2 or later
  • TCP 80, 443, and 8443

Firewall Allowlist:

Secureworks Taegis XDR Agent requires outbound traffic to be added to the allowlist for:

Required for CRL revocation checks performed by the operating system on behalf of the Taegis XDR Windows Agent.

Note: [ENV] varies depending on the region that your tenant is in. Replace [ENV] with the appropriate character depending on your tenant location:
  • Use C if your tenant is in US1: https://ctpx.secureworks.com/
  • Use D if your tenant is in US2: https://delta.taegis.secureworks.com/
  • Use E if your tenant is in the EU: https://echo.taegis.secureworks.com/
  • Use F if your tenant is in the USWEST: https://foxtrot.taegis.secureworks.com/
