Intel 9560 wireless card that is not detected or shows with a bang in Device Manager
If you own a Latitude or Precision laptop, you may have a problem with your wireless connection. Your Intel 9560 (Intel AX200, AX201, 9260, and 9560 WiFi) wireless card is either not detected or has a bang in Device Manager.

Resolution
Updating the wireless card driver to the latest version available for your laptop resolves the issue. To download and install the latest Wi-Fi driver:

Browse to the Dell Drivers & Downloads page:

Select the Operating System running on your laptop.

Under Category, select Network

Locate the latest wireless driver:

Latitude - Intel AX200, AX201, 9260, 9560 Wi-Fi Driver

Precision - Intel AX200, AX201, 9560, 9260, 3165 Wi-Fi Driver

Click Download and save the file to your laptop.

Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved.

Double-click the driver setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
