Dell VxRail : Comment générer des CSR (demande de signature de certificat) et des clés privées sur PSC

Summary: Il peut être nécessaire de remplacer le certificat SSL VMware sur le PSC par un certificat client généré par l’autorité de certification.

Étape 1 - Générer des CSR (demande de signature de certificat) et des clés privées sur PSC :

  1. Connectez-vous au PSC.
  2.  Racine SSH
  3. Créez un répertoire pour exporter et lancez l’outil de certificat VMware

Remarque : VMware recommande de modifier uniquement le certificat SSL de la machine. Il n’est pas recommandé de modifier les certificats pour ESXi, les utilisateurs de la solution, etc.

  • Copiez les fichiers CSR et KEY qui en résultent sur votre ordinateur de bureau ou lisez-les simplement avec plus d’informations et copiez le texte.

Étape 2 - Créer le certificat :

  • Dans mon cas, j’utilise les services de certificats Microsoft AD.
    https://CA Manager/certsrv/ 
  • Sélectionnez Demander un certificat

  • Choisissez une demande de certificat avancée

  • Collez le texte de la CSR, y compris l’en-tête et le pied de page.

  • Téléchargez le certificat résultant et la chaîne sur votre ordinateur au format base64.

  • Téléchargez-les dans un emplacement local

Étape 3 : Obtenir le certificat racine de l’autorité de certification : 

  • Retour à la page du serveur de certificats : https://CA/certsrv/
  • Télécharger un certificat d’autorité de certification, chaîne de certificats :

  • Enregistrez la chaîne sous le nom cachain.p7b.

  • Ouvrez ce fichier avec certmgr et exportez-le dans un fichier base64 :

Étape 4 : Remplacez les certificats sur PSC :

  • Copiez les fichiers de certificat modifiés dans le PSC à l’aide de WINSCP :

  • Reconnectez-vous au PSC.

  • Patientez quelques minutes et assurez-vous que le contrôleur PSC utilise le certificat, puis vérifiez le client Web VCSA (qui doit toujours donner un avertissement de certificat)
