在最近的驅動程式更新後，XPS 13 Plus 9320 網路攝影機可能會停止運作並出現錯誤代碼0xA00F4244，或是 Windows Hello 和臉部辨識無法回應。
Cause
不正確的 Intel UsbBridge 提交至 Windows Update 的一般驅動程式會導致此故障。
Resolution
必須以 Dell 驅動程式與下載的正確順序安裝下列驅動程式：
注意：
- 執行 SupportAssist 或 Dell Command |Update 會安裝所有這些。
- Dell 網站上的驅動程式套件包含一個指令檔，可解除安裝有問題的驅動程式檔案。如果 Windows Update 已安裝相同的驅動程式版本，則其中不會包含解決問題所需的指令檔。請務必從上方連結的 Dell 網站安裝更新。
- Intel UHD 圖形驅動程式
- Intel Integrated Sensor Solution 驅動程式
- Intel 序列 IO 驅動程式
- 適用於攝影機的 Intel 2D 影像/MCU/Visual Sensing Controller 驅動程式版本 73.22000.1.23、A03 或更新版本
- Intel 管理引擎元件安裝程式
