Há vários métodos para coletar registros de um array da série PowerVault ME5.
A guia Coletar logs está localizada no painel Suporte (Manutenção > Suporte).
A array começa a processar a solicitação. A coleta de logs demora alguns minutos para ser concluída.
Uma caixa de diálogo será exibida informando o andamento.
Usando o Secure FTP para coletar logs
O Secure File Transfer Protocol está habilitado por padrão em sistemas ME5. Dessa forma, um client SFTP pode ser usado para coletar logs.
sftp -P 1022 admin@Nota: O "-P" é maiúsculo.
Exemplo:
sftp -P 1022 admin@10.0.0.1 text removed for clarity Password: Connected to admin@10.0.0.1. sftp> get logs logs.zip Fetching /logs to logs.zip /logs 100% 13MB 625.7KB/s 00:21 sftp> bye
Caso esteja usando um host do Windows que não tenha um client SFTP, poderá usar o PSFTP fornecido com a suíte PuTTY.

Usando o SupportAssist no PowerVault Manager para enviar registros à Dell
Quando o SupportAssist estiver habilitado e conseguir se conectar à Dell, o pacote de suporte pode ser enviado ao suporte técnico da Dell usando o PowerVault Manager ou usando a interface de linha de comando (CLI).
Vá para a seção Avançado , na guia SupportAssist , no painel Support (Maintenance > Support).
