Problem: Fastvarefeil på Dell Dokkingstasjon WD15-dokkingstasjonen

Latitude 7200 2-i-1-brukere kan støte på en fastvarefeil i dokkingstasjonen når de prøver å oppdatere fastvaren på en Dell-dokkingstasjon WD15. (Figur 1.)

Løsning

Det er ingen maskinvarefeil med dokkingstasjonen eller datamaskinen.


Oppdater system-BIOS for Latitude 7200 2-i-1 til den nyeste versjonen fra Dells nettsted for kundestøtte (versjon 1.6.2 eller nyere) før du prøver å oppdatere WD15-dokkfastvaren.
