Instructions:
we may need to look for connect home files stuck over the secure connect gateway using the paths below. /opt/connectemc/poll
/opt/connectemc/recycle
/opt/connectemc/failed
/opt/connectemcVE/poll/incoming
/opt/connectemcVE/recycle
/opt/connectemcVE/failed
If there are any files stuck over the Gateway, we need to clear those using rm –rf * command ran only from the directory where the files are stuck at.
