Laptops with the wireless radio control feature (Figure 1 [English only]) in BIOS do not switch over to Ethernet when using USB-C to RJ45 dongles or plugged into Monitors with network capability. This occurs if using a USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to RJ45 connection.

Cause
WiFi Radio switching is only for when plugged into a Docking station.
Resolution
This is working as designed.
