Instructions

To access MyService360, you must have an online account using a business email domain that has been validated for your enterprise. This allows MyService360 to present all the support information, options, and features relevant to your company or organization. Email accounts that are not specific to business accounts such as Gmail or Hotmail cannot be used for full enterprise-level access.

Create business account

Get started at the online support site (Dell.com/support). This is a password-protected services portal that provides access to a suite of tools and content to optimize Dell products and obtain technical information and support.

Registering for a business account with Dell also provides access to advanced services information in MyService360 dashboard. Follow the steps in How to Register for Access to Dell Technologies Online Support or Upgrade an Existing Account to complete new user registration for business users, or to upgrade an existing account for business-level access.

Accessing MyService360 for first time

Once you receive a confirmation email that your business account setup is complete, sign in to MyService360 from the online support site (Dell.com/support) with your credentials. By default, your MyService360 dashboard opens on the Summary tab.

Your company administrator determines the information that you see in MyService360 about your company’s sites and Dell products. Under your Company’s name, you can select Choose your Sites/Products to modify your site list by clearing Account Sites from your default list. In addition, you can further refine the data in your MyService360 view by adding or modifying a Custom Group.

NOTE: You can create a custom group for individual products, a selected product family, or site and product family combination.
