Opmerking: Dit artikel is specifiek voor Dell computers die vóór maart 2022 met Office in Japan zijn verkocht.

Dell computers met Microsoft Office die in Japan worden verkocht, worden geleverd met een fysieke Microsoft Product Information (MPI)-kaart die een 5X5 Microsoft Office-sleutel bevat. Deze sleutel is vereist om de in de fabriek geïnstalleerde Office-software te activeren.

Waarschuwing: Dell noch Microsoft is niet in staat om verloren MPI-kaarten te vervangen.

De MPI-kaart zit in een envelop die aan het computerpakket is bevestigd.
