Symptoms
Inspiron 灵越 27 7710、24 5400、24 5410、24 5411 和 24 5415 一体机在移动鼠标或按键盘键时启动。
Cause
BIOS 中默认已启用“USB Wake Support”。连接到 USB 端口 1 和 7 的 USB 设备（图 1 [仅英文]）在处于活动状态时触发唤醒信号。
Resolution

如果不需要 USB 唤醒支持，请将 USB 设备连接到 USB 端口 6（图 1 [仅英文]）或禁用计算机 BIOS 中的“WAKE on USB”。
通过以下步骤禁用 BIOS 中的“USB Wake Support”：
- 开启计算机。
- 在戴尔徽标屏幕上，按 F2 键几次，直至显示“Entering BIOS”或“System Setup”。
- 在 BIOS 中，展开“Power Management”选项。
- 选择“USB Wake Support”并将滑块移至“OFF”，以禁用“USB Wake Support”。
- 单击底部的“Apply Changes”（图 2 [仅英文]）。
