NVE: Nie można uruchomić usługi SSH na urządzeniu NVE

Rozwiązanie NetWorker jest skonfigurowane przy użyciu urządzenia NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE), ale nie jest dostępne za pośrednictwem protokołu SSH.  Portale zarządzania przez administratora NVE są nadal dostępne (konsola NetWorker Management Console, sieciowy interfejs użytkownika NetWorker i NetWorker Installation Manager), a funkcje tworzenia kopii zapasowych i przywracania również działają prawidłowo.  Powłoka systemu operacyjnego NVE jest dostępna za pośrednictwem zdalnej konsoli klienta vSphere Web Client.  

Usługa SSHD nie jest uruchomiona i zgłasza następujące problemy:

Plik NVE /etc/ssh/sshd_config zawiera wpis kexalgorithms, który nie został usunięty podczas poprzedniej aktualizacji NVE.

Usuń wpis kexalgorithms z pliku /etc/ssh/sshd_config.

1. W kliencie vSphere Web Client otwórz zdalną sesję konsoli na NVE
2. Uwierzytelnij się w NVE przy użyciu użytkownika głównego
3. Otwórz plik /etc/ssh/sshd_config za pomocą edytora tekstu: vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config
4. Usuń lub skomentuj wiersz kexalgorithms
5. Zapisz zmiany w pliku /etc/ssh/sshd_config.
6. Uruchom usługę SSHD: systemctl uruchom sshd.service
