To control the features and options, you need the Alienware Command Center (AWCC) and Alienware Gaming Peripheral driver. You can get the latest versions directly from the Dell Support Site. For more information, see the steps below.
You may experience a situation where when you use your mouse, the cursor does not move, this may be due to the pairing between the mouse and USB wireless dongle have become uncoupled.
Follow the instructions to perform troubleshooting steps, and how to install and use the AW610M Pairing Tool, when needed.
