Symptoms

Jos Windows pakotetaan sammumaan (painamalla virtapainiketta, kunnes järjestelmä sammuu), järjestelmä pyytää BitLocker-avainta seuraavan käynnistyksen yhteydessä. Oire ilmenee seuraavissa ympäristöissä:
  • Latitude 7370
  • Latitude E7270 / E7470
  • Latitude E5270 / E5470 / E5570
  • Precision Mobile 7510 / 7710

Resolution

Dellin tukisivustoon on lisätty uusi TPM (Trusted Protocol Module) 1.3.2.8 -laiteohjelmistoversio, joka korjaa ongelman.  Lataa se ja päivitä järjestelmä.
