Symptoms

Dell systems with Realtek Audio may experience audio loss after Windows 10 update KB4100347 and may get the following error: "No Audio output device found."

Cause

The audio driver is being uninstalled in the update process.

Resolution

Reinstalling the Audio driver corrects this behavior. The audio driver can be downloaded from the following locations.
