管理员可以将报告备份或导入到 Dell Security Management Server，以执行以下操作：

  • 升级 Dell Security Management Server
  • 测试报告问题
  • 导入 Dell Data Security ProSupport 提供的报告

从 Dell Security Management Server 中，备份 Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db。

提醒：如果在安装过程中选择了另一个目录，那么 Compliance Reporter 的位置可能与示例不同。

导入

要导入自定义报告：

  1. 右键单击 Windows 的“开始”菜单，然后单击运行。

运行

  1. 在“运行”UI 中，键入 services.msc，然后按确定。这将打开“服务”UI。

  1. 在“服务”UI 中，右键单击 Dell Compliance Reporter，然后单击停止。

停止 Dell Compliance Reporter

  1. 转至 Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db，然后删除：
    • cmgreports.[VALUE].log
    • cmgreports.data
    • cmgreports.index
    • cmgreports.lock
    • cmgreports.trace

删除文件

提醒：
  • 如果在安装过程中选择了另一个目录，那么 Compliance Reporter 的位置可能与示例不同。
  • 在 cmgreport.[VALUE].log 中，[VALUE] 表示某个数值，它可能在您的环境中会有所不同。

    • cmgreports.[VALUE].log

    • cmgreports.trace

移动文件

  1. 在“服务”UI 中，右键单击 Dell Compliance Reporter，然后单击启动。
