Cause
耳機處於運送模式，可防止電池在運輸過程中意外啟動。
Resolution
確定電腦已開啟。請按照以下步驟，使用充電線連接耳機。這將結束運送模式，耳機現在將打開。
若要為耳機充電，請將 USB-A 轉 USB-C 纜線的 USB-C 端連接至耳機上的 USB-C 連接埠。將另一端連接至電腦上的 USB 連接埠 （圖 1 代表 AW720H，圖 2 代表 AW920H）。
