Symptoms

Dell Optimizer kører eller installeres ikke i Windows 11. Windows 11 blokerer installationen og udførelsen af Dell Optimizer, når Smart App Control er aktiveret.

Cause

Windows 11 har aktiveret Smart App Control-funktionen , og versionen af Dell Optimizer på systemet har ikke-signerede binære filer.

Resolution

  1. Deaktiver Smart App Control i Windows 11 kan løse det:
    1. Skriv Smart App Control i søgefeltet på proceslinjen.
    2. Vælg Systemindstillinger for Smart App Control blandt resultaterne.
    3. Skift indstillingen for periodisk scanning til Til eller Fra. 
  2. Installer en nyere version af Dell Optimizer , som kører under Smart App Control (hvis tilgængelig).
