If you are running VR in either the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive headsets, in a Ryzen 5 equipped Inspiron Gaming 5675, you may experience stuttering or instability of the VR content. The issue occurs most easily when the customer is moving their head or hands in the VR environment.
Please upgrade to BIOS v1.2.1 or newer for the Inspiron 5675 from the Dell Drivers and Downloads site. This version contains AMD AGESA v 1.0.0.5.
BIOS revisions prior to v1.2.1 for 5675 contain AMD AGESA v1.0.0.3. For optimal VR performance, AMD requires at least AGESA v1.0.0.4.
