Resolution

  1. Browse to the Dell KM713 Wireless Keyboard Caps Lock Indicator and Eject Key Application page.
     
  2. On the KM713 Drivers page click Download File.
     
  3. Click Save.
     
  4. Note the location where the driver will be downloaded.
     
  5. Click Save.
     
  6. After the file has finished downloading, click Open Folder.
     
  7. Click the file name to start the installation.
     
  8. The User Account Control window may appear, if so click Allow, Run or Yes.
     
  9. Click Continue and follow the prompts to install the driver.
