Instructions

Unable to power on Virtual Machines (VMs) as they were receiving a "There is no more space for virtual disk" message.

VSAN capacity was well over the recommended 70% threshold and the configuration maximum of 80% as stated in the VSAN Design and Sizing Guide.

The solution is to either grow the vSAN datastore by adding additional storage or by decreasing utilization by deleting unneeded data.
