NetWorker：NMC 服務和可存取性問題 （一般故障診斷指南）

初始步驟

• NMC 是安裝在 NetWorker 伺服器還是獨立主機上？
• 收集環保詳細資料：NetWorker：識別 NetWorker 軟體版本的方法
• NMC 服務是否正在執行中：
  • Linux： systemctl status gst

• Windows：在 services.msc 中，應正在執行 EMC GST 資料庫、EMC GST 服務，以及 EMC GST Web 服務。

 

• NMC 用戶端是否可以存取 NMC 伺服器？
  • Windows PowerShell：

• NetWorker 伺服器服務已啟動，您可以使用 nsrwatch 命令在 NetWorker 伺服器上、從 NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI） （若已安裝） 或具有網路和存取權限的其他 NMC 伺服器觀察伺服器功能。
