Dell Digital Delivery provides access to software purchased with a commercial or consumer Dell computer running Windows, such as (but not limited to):

Dell Digital Delivery contains but is not limited to the following:

• How to Install Adobe Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premier Elements
• How to Install Adobe Acrobat from Dell
• How to Install CyberLink PowerDirector and PhotoDirector from Dell
• How to Download and Install CyberLink PowerDVD
• How to Download and Install Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PhantomPDF from Dell
• How to Install McAfee Small Business Security from Dell

Dell Digital Delivery does NOT contain:

• Microsoft Office purchased with a Dell computer.
• Free software bundled with a Dell computer, examples include:
  • Dell Optimizer
  • Alienware Command Center
  • SupportAssist
  • My Dell
• Software purchased separately through Dell.com
• Cloud Applications. Examples include:
  • VMware Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint
  • VMware Workspace ONE
  • Carbonite

Software that was purchased separately from your Dell computer cannot be added to Dell Digital Delivery.

Dell Digital Delivery is factory installed on every consumer or commercial computer running Windows that is purchased through Dell.

Dell Digital Delivery is available directly in the Windows Start Menu.

If your software is missing from Dell Digital Delivery, ensure:

• You purchased the software with your Dell computer.
• You have an active internet connection.

Dell Digital Delivery provides quick access to software licenses purchased with Dell Windows consumer and commercial computers.

Versioning of Dell Digital Delivery may be needed for:

• Installing the product
• Troubleshooting the product
