Symptoms
When attempting to run two PPDM recoveries simultaneously (concurrently) on Cyber Recovery 19.17 as outlined within the Replicating PowerProtect Data Manager Backups to the Cyber Recovery vault - A User Journey white paper (Replicating PowerProtect Data Manager Backups to the Cyber Recovery vault - A User Journey | Dell Technologies Info Hub) fails and returns the following error:
ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "sandboxes_name_key"
Cause
This is a known issue in Cyber Recovery 19.17.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Cyber Recovery 19.18.
