Symptoms

he VxRail Cluster upgrade was progressing and out of four nodes, one node was completed. While upgrading the second node, the upgrade script reported an error

Cause

There are stale entries in the iDRAC.

Resolution

To clear the stale entries, reboot the iDRAC on the VxRail node and restart the upgrade.

Steps: 
1. Login to the iDRAC page for the node when the cluster reported the issue.
2. Navigate to Maintenance
3. Click on Diagnostics and reboot iDRAC.
4. Wait for 10 minutes and restart the upgrade from the VxRail page. reboot iDRAC

Additional Information

This is a temporary workaround to get the upgrade complete. As a best practice from support, It is better to reboot the nodes and reboot of the iDRAC's before starting the upgrade.
