Dell Wireless Keyboard Caps Lock or Num Lock LED Does Not Stay Lit

A Dell Wireless Keyboard user might notice both Caps Lock or Num Lock LEDs are on for five seconds once pressed and then go off even if the user continues to type using the current lock state. The LED is only on for five seconds again if the user presses the Caps Lock or Num Lock keys again.
