Symptoms

When Dell PowerStore encounters a problem, an error alert is generated to help identify the issue. Alert ID ONV_HOST_DEFAULT_GW_CONFIG_STATE_INVALID
Alert Text The default TCP/IP stack gateway %(gateway) on the ESXi host %(host_name) is invalid. The required gateway is %(required_gateway).
Error Code (0x01805C02)
Description The alert is raised when the system detects the default TCP/IP stack gateway on the ESXi host is invalid.
Resolution Solution
Configure the default TCP/IP stack gateway on the ESXi host with the required gateway setting. The alert text includes the required gateway.
