To install this utility, download then execute this file. A “WinZip” self-
extractor will open, click “OK”. The “WinZip” self-extraction program
continues and indicates where the files will be extracted
(C:\Dell\Drivers\R25503); click “Unzip”. After the files are extracted,
click “OK”. Your web browser will open and provide additional
installation instructions.
Briefly:
· Click the “Install Now” box at the bottom of the page.
· On the next screen, be sure to select the option “Run this program from
its current location”. Then click “OK” (it is possible that a security
warning may appear, click “Yes”)
· The file “SantaCruzDriverUpdate-4081WDM(English).exe” will run and
several files will be updated.
· After the update has started, a prompt will appear to supply the
location of a missing file (CWC3D.OSD). Either "Browse" to the location,
or manually enter the path: “C:\Program Files\Turtle Beach\Santa
Cruz\Drivers\WDM”
· Click OK; other files will also be added from the previously supplied
path, and the update should continue.
· After the update has completed, close the browser and all other open
windows, then restart the system.
