Fixes & Enhancements
Fixes:
1. Headline: DMA errors and page faults in the dmesg log. Condition was with IOMMU enabled. Description: Driver is incorrectly setting command parameters such that a DMA read request from firmware may end up requesting access to invalid memory Example page fault message: kernel: [ 6.007891] AMD-Vi: Event logged [IO_PAGE_FAULT device=61:00.0 domain=0x001e address=0x00000000ffe00000 flags=0x0000].
2. Headline: The following false message may be printed in the dmesg logs: Failed from megasas_complete_cmd Description: Print will be displayed after a driver unload. It is a false print and is not indicative of a functional failure.
3. Headline: Minimum value for module parameter ,resetwaittime, changed from 0 to 1. resetwaittime, is user configurable parameter. Description: Minimum value for module parameter ,resetwaittime, should be 1 rather than 0. If 0, the driver will not attempt to recover a failed controller. Minimum value of 1 is to ensure OCR is triggered if controller faults.
