Fixes & Enhancements
Bug Fixes: 1. If the command is moved to LOC retry Q and it is not processed for a certain period of time(32ms), stop processing the new command and process the command of LOC retry Q 2. The priority if given to the Format command to allow it to complete. Hence while a format operation is going on the FW will not log unrelated commands timeout. 3. Correct the search function to find the correct abort command used to abort another command. 4. The FW change resolves this contention to ensure that this variable is no longer affected by the resource contention issue. 5. This change will bypass RO mode and allow the drive to continue normal bringup. The internal error log file will be re-written at the next error the host is notified on. 6. Fixed reset check in reservation bring up path to prevent initialization due to NSSR. After this change the Reservation is retained.
