This software bundle includes the Dell EMC Update Package to install Intel NIC Firmware Family Version 19.0.x on Intel I350, I354, X520, X540, and X550 adapters. This release provides continued code optimization to improve performance.

Fixes - Resolved an issue in which 'Firmware Version' reported by BIOS under 'Device Setting' is not updated after firmware is updated for devices based on the Intel(R) Ethernet X540 Controller. - Resolved an issue with Intel(R) Boot Agent where some warning and error messages listed in the 'Intel(R) Ethernet Adapters and Devices User Guide' are not shown. - Resolved an issue which may cause a fatal error when the device is disabled and then enabled on systems that support a fast boot mode which may not re-initialize the UEFI driver for Intel(R) Ethernet 10G X550 Adapter during the boot process. - Resolved an issue that may occur where Intel(R) Ethernet Adapters with BIOS 'Secure Boot' mode enabled would appear disabled or not detected by VMWare* ESXi*
Enhancements - Devices based on the Intel(R) Ethernet X550 Controller now support the LLDP Discovery feature with Dell iDRAC.

FW downgrade on X550 devices to 18.5.x or older versions is not supported.
For the following adapters based on the Intel(R) Ethernet Controller X520, upgrading the firmware from 18.5.17 to new versions may cause link issues with optics modules or active optical cables. Read over the release information presented by executing the ./Network_Firmware_GK57C_LN_19.0.12_A00.BIN --version command from the shell. 3. Download and install any prerequisites identified in the above step before proceeding. 4. Run the update by executing ./Network_Firmware_GK57C_LN_19.0.12_A00.BIN from the shell. 5. Follow the remaining prompts to perform the update.
