Alienware Mobile Connect requires two components to work properly. The Alienware Mobile Connect driver (available here), and the Alienware Mobile Connect application, available at the Microsoft Store. Ensure that you have the latest version of the application and driver installed on your computer.

Note: Please ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on before installing this update.
