This firmware updater can be executed on Windows OS (7/8.1/10, 32/64 bit)
For Win7, if you encounter error "missing api-ms-win-core-timezone-1-1.0.dll" while launching D6000 Updater, it means your host lacks KB2999226 windows update, you can download it from below link and the error shall be fixed:
1. Download the Firmware Updater to local drive. 2. Close all application before running the updater. 3. Remove all devices/monitors connected to D6000 and follow on screen instruction to perform FW update. 4. During FW update process a. Do not remove the AC adapter and USB connection of D6000. b. Display may blink/blank for short period of time. 5. After FW updated, disconnect/reconnect AC adapter and USB connection of D6000. 6. Restart is required to ensure system fully function.
