Fingerprint reader requires to enable support for Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX) technology. Ensure that SGX is turned on in the BIOS settings and the Intel SGX Platform Software is installed. After you install the package, the item Intel Software Guard Extensions Platform Software is displayed in the Programs and Features list.
