Download
1. Click the Download Now link to download the file. 2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Extract Files 1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file to unzip the download package 2. Click Continue. 3. Specify the location to unzip the files. 4. Click on the OK button to extract files. After the files are extracted the message all files were successfully unzipped will appear. 5. Click the OK button to exit from the installer.
To upgrade firmware: 1. Connect the standard serial cable to a COM port on the server and to the serial connector on the back panel of the switch. Make a note of which COM port you have chosen, then turn on the switch. 2. Double-click to run the file WUpDateDELL.exe. 3. In the dialog box that displays, select the desired language and COM port. 4. Click Load. The update begins. 5. Once the firmware is updated, the following message displays: Download complete. Click Done to exit the dialog box. 6. The switch automatically reboots after the upgrade is completed.
