Storage Manager 1.01 for Server Appliances may experience problems when using time zone (GMT+09:00) Osaka, Sapporo Tokyo and scheduling storage reports to run between the hours of 15:00 and 24:00. User will receive “Cannot schedule this job (0)” error. Start times entered in the 24 hour time format were not handled correctly in the program.

This file format consists of an archive of files that may be decompressed to a directory on the hard drive. The installation can then be done from that directory.
1) Download the patch from support.dell.com 2) Run the self-extracting executable to extract the patch (Q320376.cab) to your hard disk. Note: The default extract location is c:\dell\Q320376 3) Open a web browser and browse to the NAS Manager web UI of the affected system. 4) From the primary navigation bar, click Maintenance. 5) Click Software Update. 6) The Welcome screen will be displayed, click Next to continue 7) Click Browse on select file page and select the Q320376.cab file 8) Click Verify, and then click Next to continue 9) To install the Q320376.cab click Finish
