Dell Update Packages (DUP) in Microsoft Windows 32bit format have been designed to run on Microsoft Windows 64bit Operating Systems. Dell Update Packages (DUP) in Microsoft Windows 64bit format will only run on Microsoft Windows 64bit Operating Systems. When selecting a device driver update be sure to select the one that is appropriate for your operating system.
1 Download the self-extracted file to your hard drive 2 Execute the downloaded file by double-clicking on it 3 Select the desired language from the drop-down menu and click OK 4 Select Next when the Installshield wizard appears 5 Click on the Install button at the bottom of the page that appears, and follow the prompts. 6 When the Installshield wizard has completed, you need to log out and then log back in again in order to complete the installation process
Please note that a re-install is not supported. Therefore, once installed, do not un-install the application if you intend to re-install it. Any program updates will be managed through the MSFT ClickOnce technology.
