How to Download and Install Dell Drivers

This video provides instructions on how to download and install Dell drivers. Before starting, you need the Service Tag of the Dell computer, an active internet connection, and administrator rights. Dell drivers are available on Dell Support , and you can either select the Dell computer or enter the Service Tag to search for updates. You can also manually download drivers by selecting the operating system and driver category. After downloading, install the drivers and restart the computer. How to download and install Dell drivers. Before you begin: Service Tag of the Dell computer an active internet connection, administrator rights to install drivers and apps some systems require you to connect the power adapter to the computer and the dock.

NOTE: Dell drivers are available for Dell products. For non-Dell products, visit the device manufacturer's website. Open a web browser.

Go to www.dell.com/support/drivers. Select the Dell computer. Or, enter the Service Tag and click Search. Click Check for Updates. Your Dell computer is analyzed for updates. Click Show drivers to review the list. Click Download and Install.

After installation, restart the computer. You can also download drivers manually. To manually download, click Find drivers. Select the operating system.

Dell drivers are available for tested operating systems only. Select a driver category or use keyword search. Click Download. Go to the Downloads folder.
