This video was created to: Show how to find the serial number of an A100 node. The serial number is required when contacting support for hardware technical assistance.
Demonstration of how to find the serial number on the Isilon A100 physical node. Push in the two buttons on either side. Remove the front panel. Pull out the tab on the upper left-hand side. The serial number is on the blue sticker. Refit the front panel.
