This video demonstrate the how to Change your screen resolution in Windows 7. Adjust screen resolution from your Desktop. Used with permission from Microsoft Corporation.
Here's how to change your screen resolution. Start by making sure you can see at least part of your desktop. If you have any programs, folders or other screens covering the desktop, close or minimize them. Now, right click anywhere on your desktop, and then click Screen Resolution.
Next, click the drop down list next to Resolution. Move the slider to the resolution you want. In most cases, you should select the resolution listed as recommended. Especially if you're using a laptop or LCD monitor. Now click anywhere on the page. Then click okay. Click keep changes to use the new resolution, or click revert to go back to the previous revolution. I'll click keep changes.
