In this video, we will show you how to download drivers from the Dell Support Site. For this example, we will download PERC storage drivers for a Dell PowerEdge R730 Running Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2. First, go to dell.com/support.

Scroll down, if needed, and click View Products. From there, click Server, Storage, and Networking, And then click PowerEdge, and select the appropriate system.

This will bring up system-specific support items. Next, click Drivers and Downloads. If needed, use the Change OS dropdown menu and select the correct OS.

Now, expand SAS RAID and find the correct driver for your system based on your configuration. To view the different update packages available for a specific driver, Click View Details. Finally, once you find the driver you need, click Download File.
