To submit an error code from a Pre-boot System Analysis test, go to Pre-Boot System Performace Check, sign in using your Dell or social media account, enter the error code, validation code, and system service tag, complete the captcha, and fill out your shipping details. Then click 'Submit Request' and you'll receive an email with the details of your Service Request.
